The Cachou Gîte (2 people) Classified gîte

Welcome to the Gîte Cachou,

Rated 3 ears of corn by Gîte de France Rated 3* by the Dordogne Departmental Tourism Committee

We welcome you all year round to this single-story, stone-built gîte in the Périgord style , with a surface area of 45 m2 and adjoining our guest house. Ideally located between Bergerac and Sarlat , in a peaceful, green setting, you will have plenty of time to discover the treasures of the country of bastides , its unspoiled nature, its medieval villages and the 1001 castles of the Dordogne.

The Cachou gîte has a capacity of 2 people and is composed of:

• with private access
• a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200
• of a fitted kitchen
• of a bright living room
• a spacious bathroom with a large shower for your comfort as well asseparate toilets
• a private enclosed courtyard with arbor, table and armchairs overlooking the park and view of the abbey of Saint Avit Sénieur
• Free Wi-Fi access
• Parking at the door of the cottage

Enjoy access to all exteriors:

• The saltwater swimming pool (shared, unheated and open from May 1 to September 15) which offers you a breathtaking view of the old fortified town of Beaumont du Périgord.
• Our pesticide-free garden and truffle ore
• Its various relaxation areas
• Our old tobacco drying shed and its games room (ping-pong, darts, books, etc.)
• Baby equipment on request (folding bed, high chair, bathtub).

Minimum stay 3 nights all year round except July and August 7 nights minimum.

Provided in the offer: Household linen, bathroom linen, bed linen. (The bed is made upon your arrival).

Included in the price: Electricity, cleaning at the end of the stay, tourist tax of €1.14/person/night

Not included in the price: heating. If the customer requests it, a flat rate of €50/week will be added to the amount due.

Non-smoking cottage / Pets not accepted as we live on site with 2 very sociable dogs who welcome guests with kindness.

We welcome you from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (for a later arrival, please contact us) and your departure is expected before 10 a.m.
