This beautiful 42 m2 space is dedicated to the family, hence its name FAMILIA.
2 bedrooms communicating with the master bedroom ...Everything is planned so that you can get together as a family while keeping, for each person, their own cozy and comfortable space.
We wanted you to take the time to meet up, chat, share, and relax with a board game or a good book that are available to you in this space.
For your children... Sylvie's primary school desk awaits them and sits proudly in one of the bedrooms. They can draw in peace , everything is provided for this purpose...
The Familia suite is also suitable for a group of 5 people, it consists of:
The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed (bed can be separated into 2 80x200 beds)
The teenage bedroom a 90x190 bed (room separated by a door)
Children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x200 (communicating with the parents' bedroom)
This suite has a spacious bathroom with a large shower for your comfort as well as a separate toilet.

Ideally located between Bergerac and Sarlat , on the paths of Saint Jacques de Compostelle and Amadour , this old stone farmhouse typical of Périgord, carefully restored, welcomes you in its green setting.
Overlooking the picturesque little village of Saint Avit Sénieur , whose abbey is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, you will be charmed by the tranquility of the place.
We welcome you all year round in our 4 comfortable rooms , our pesticide-free garden and its various relaxation and play areas as well as in our pretty Gîte Cachou for 2 people .
OUR salt water swimming pool offers you a breathtaking view of the old fortified town of Beaumont du Périgord.
Every evening, depending on the day (except Wednesday), we offer table d'hôte or meal boards made up of produce from our garden and local products.
With a capacity of 12 people plus its Cachou gîte, BRITAVIT is the ideal place to enjoy, as a couple, with family or friends, for a weekend or several days, the riches of nature and the hidden treasures of Périgord.
